Health Information Technology The following skill set programs are for students pursuing a program of instruction related to Health Information Technology. Skills Set Certificates are presented upon the completion of the coursework in the program. Medical Billing Assistant This program is designed to introduce medical billing techniques. It includes approaches to following and collecting billed claims, as well as procedures used in the completion of various types of insurance plans. In addition, individuals perform onhands computer applications and work with Health Care Finance Administration (HCFA) forms.
