Welcome to the Engineering and Technologies Department

The Engineering and Technologies Department at East Los Angeles College offers lower-division transferable engineering and career technical education courses that permit ELAC students to complete their transfer requirements and-or obtain a skill set, certificate of accomplishment, and-or an associate of science degree. Several ELAC graduates from the department are blessed with amazing job opportunities in civil, mechanical, and electrical engineering as entry-level engineers or technicians.
