This application is for students who DO NOT meet the qualifications to complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA). Our campus will begin the processing of "California Dream Act Application" or The AB 131 Institutional grants and community college fee waivers during Fall 2012 for the payment period beginning January 2013.
