East Los Angeles College Campus News started publication ever since East Los Angeles College was established in 1945. The East Los Angeles College Campus News is published as a learning experience, offered under the East Los Angeles College Journalism program. The editorial and advertising materials are free from prior restraint by virtue of the First Amendment to the United States Constitution.
Campus News is published every Wednesday during Fall and Spring semester.

Campus News encourages letters to the editor relating to campus issues. Letters must be typed and double spaced. Letters should be limited to 250 words or less, addressed to the editor of Campus News. Submissions can be made at the Journalism department office in the Technology Center , Building E7, Room 308 or the Mailroom at Building E6, Room 107.
