The Plant Facilities Department is responsible for various services on campus, including:
- ELAC Proposition A & AA (Click here to view ELAC proposition A or proposition AA webpage)
- Health and Safety Emergencies (Fires, broken glass, unknown fumes or odors, trip hazards, etc.)
- Energy Management (Adjustments for abnormal heating, air conditioning or ventilation, lighting systems, etc.)
- Custodial Services (Restrooms, offices, event set-ups, moving of furniture, boxes, equipment, etc.)
- Building Maintenance (Doors, electrical, elevators, lighting, graffiti removal, plumbing, pest control, roof leaks, painting, signs, install miscellaneous office and classroom items, etc.)
- Grounds (Plants, flowers, trees, empty trash cans, field maintenance, irrigation, clean parking lots)
- Security (Parking passes, employee fingerprinting, key distribution, graffiti removal, escort services, incident reports, emergency ingress/egress to buildings, fire and security alarm notifications, general campus assistance, parking planning, etc.)
- Warehouse (Send, receive and distribute supplies, mail and packages, asset inventory, purchase order verification, distribution of miscellaneous office supplies)
- Locksmith (Repair doors and hardware, add, delete alter and/or replace standard and TEK keys)
