* Building Maintenance (Doors, electrical, elevators, lighting, graffiti removal, plumbing, pest control, roof leaks, painting, signs, install miscellaneous office and classroom items, etc.)
* Grounds (Plants, flowers, trees, empty trash cans, field maintenance, irrigation, clean parking lots)
* Security (Parking passes, employee fingerprinting, key distribution, graffiti removal, escort services, incident reports, emergency ingress/egress to buildings, fire and security alarm notifications, general campus assistance, parking planning, etc.)
* Warehouse (Send, receive and distribute supplies, mail and packages, asset inventory, purchase order verification, distribution of miscellaneous office supplies)
* Locksmith (Repair doors and hardware, add, delete alter and/or replace standard and TEK keys)
