State Championships
Congratulations to the Track & Field Men's team who took
8th Place at the State Championships
Congratulations to
Ken Medwood on his 1st Place finish for the
400-meter intermediate hurdles with a time of 51.63 seconds.
Congratulations to Gyasi Rivers on his 4th Place finish for the
triple jump with a mark of 15.31 meters (50'2")
Congratulations to Conroy Black on his 4th Place finish for the
100 meters (10.47 seconds) and his 5th Place finish for the
200 meters with a time of 21.54.
Congratulations to Anthony Reese for his 5th Place finish in the
800 meter with a time of 1:54.68.
Congratulations to Kevin Martinez on his 6th Place finish in the
400 meter intermediate hurdles with a time of 54.30.
Also,
congratulations go out to Ken Medwood, Gyasi Rivers,
Conroy Black and Anthony Reese on their 5th place win in the 4x400 relay

A big
thank you goes out to Diane Stankevitz (stage name Di Stanky)
for her successful Comedy Train fund-raiser. She helped raise
enough money to buy Ken Medwood his State Championship ring and
help pay for the track team's end of season banquet.
