About Opposing Viewpoints Resource Center (OVRC)
Opposing Viewpoints Resource Center draws on the acclaimed social issues series published by Greenhaven Press, as well as core reference content from other Gale and Macmillan Reference USA sources to provide a complete one-stop source for information on social issues. Students have the ability to access viewpoint articles, topic overviews, statistics, primary documents, links to web sites, and full-text magazine and newspaper articles

If you search by keyword and subject: you will get very similar results.  A list of subject terms most closely matching your criteria will appear on the left hand side of the screen and a list of documents that meet your search criteria on the right-hand side of the screen.

If you choose the Full-text search option, the subject guide will not appear. Instead you will receive your tabbed results list.
