Five Tips for Avoiding Plagiarism
First, use your own words to describe your own ideas about the issues. Your paper should describe your thinking about the issues.

Use quotation marks when directly stating another person's words, and make sure you cite them.
Remember to give credit to others, even if you are paraphrasing their ideas.
