a. Submit 1 official transcript from all colleges attended directly to the nursing department.Note:
Transcripts from the following colleges do not need to be submitted; ELAC, West, Southwest, Trade, Pierce, Valley, City, Harbor, and Mission.
b. Submit 1 official U.S. high school or GED transcript if you do not have a U.S. College degree.Note:
If you have a U.S. college degree you do not need to submit High school or GED transcripts IMPORTANT NOTICE:Everything including a complete application and transcript submission must be in by 14 February 2014 to be considered as an applicant. You will have the opportunity to take the TEAS test with us if you have not yet already taken it.If already taken, later in the process you will be asked to submit TEAS scores electronically.
