The Women's Physical Education Department consists of 3 disciplines: Dance, Health, and Physical Education. We have a variety of activity classes that will enable a student to develop a healthier lifestyle by incorporating a physical activity with sound nutrition education. We have something for everyone, young and not so young, so come out and join us in becoming and staying fit!
