Returning LACCD students
If you are a current student at ANY of LACCD Colleges or applied within the last two semesters (City, EAST, Harbor, Mission, Pierce, South West, Trade-Tech, Valley or West). You DO NOT need to apply. Please check your district wide registration appointment using the Student Information System.
New LACCD students
How to Use the East Los Angeles College Online Application: To complete the online application, simply type your answers in the corresponding fields or select your answers from the popup list. Once you have completed the application, click the [Submit] button located on the left column to submit the application.
Registration Information: Within 24-48 hours (weekend and holidays excluded) of submitting your application, the Admissions Office will process your application and e-mail you general registration information including your ELAC Student ID Number. You must have an e-mail address in order to submit an online application. If you do not have an email account, CCCApply will issue you an account. Be sure to check your e-mail regularly for important admissions and registration information. Check Your CCCApply E-mail account.
Online application closed period
Online application period closes two weeks prior to the start of the semester. Students wishing to add short-term classes must apply in person or mail.

If admissions approves your add request, it will take 2 business days for you to access the Etudes course site.
