Scheduling Appointments in Person
Appointments are scheduled starting at 8:00am in person on Fridays for the upcoming week. Priority is given to the students who schedule in person.
Scheduling Appointments by Telephone
To schedule by phone, call Friday after 9am (323) 265-8751 (main campus) or (323) 357-6213 (South Gate campus).
There is no guarantee of making a counseling appointment over the phone. Students are encouraged to call throughout the week for any appointment cancellations.
Scheduling Appointments Over the Internet
Students currently registered for classes at East Los Angeles College may make appointments to see a counselor over the Internet. Appointments for the following week are made on Friday morning beginning at 8:00 a.m. via the internet.
Students are encouraged to bring assessment placement results, correspondence from other campus offices, information from prior counselor appointments, transcripts from other colleges attended, and other educational material to your appointment.
