All current and previous Enrollment Fees and holds must be cleared prior to requesting enrollment verifications, official college transcripts and viewing unofficial transcripts. Log on to the Student Information System (SIS) and verify all outstanding fees and holds have been cleared. The following information will be required when requesting enrollment verifications and/or transcripts:
Enrollment Verifications may be requested either In-Person or by Mail.
College Transcripts may be requested either On-line, In-Person or by Mail.
Enrollment Verifications and Transcript requests are NOT accepted through email or fax.
In-Person: Complete the Transcript Request Form and/or Enrollment Verification and submit to the Admissions and Records Office. In-person requests require a valid picture identification card.

Ensure the name of student, other names used, date of birth, dates of attendance, social security number, address and phone number are included in the request.
Online: Official College transcripts, third party degree verification and attendance may be ordered online through a third party source National Student Clearinghouse. Additional service fee will be charged.

Regular Service ($3 per copy): Regular enrollment verifications and/or transcript requests are processed within 10 working days. Please allow additional time for first class mail delivery by the U.S. postal service. This option allows for mail only, no pick-up option available with regular service. The first two ever received copies of enrollment verifications and/or transcripts are free of charge.
Add on Services for Transcript Requests:
Emergency Service ($10 per copy): Emergency transcript requests are processed immediately upon request during regular business hours. Emergency service allows for pick-up and/or mail. Please allow additional time for first class mail delivery by the U.S. postal service. The first two ever received official copies of transcripts and/or verifications are $7 per copy.

Unofficial Transcripts are available online through the Student Information System (SIS) (Link opens the new browser window) at the East Los Angeles College website. There is no fee for viewing and printing unofficial transcripts. The following information will be required to access the SIS system:
If you are unable to recall the LACCD 9 digit Student Identification Number and/or Pin number you must come in person to the Admissions and Records Office and obtain the information.
