The Graduation Committee at East Los Angeles College would like to thank you for participating in this year�s commencement ceremony which will be held on June 4th, 2010. We would like to inform you at this time that you have an opportunity to become a part of history because for the first time here at East Los Angeles College the commencement ceremony will be videotaped for broadcast on the World Wide Web.

This offers an opportunity for family and friends who cannot attend the commencement ceremony to view this videotaped broadcast by going to http://media.elac.edu. This videotaped broadcast will run concurrently with the commencement ceremony.

In addition, it is important for everyone attending the commencement ceremony to acknowledge the following notice;

This event is being videotaped for broadcast on the World Wide Web. By attending or participating in this event, you are giving your consent to be videotaped and waiving any and all claims regarding the use of your image by the Los Angeles Community College District/East Los Angeles College.
