Honors Transfer Council of California (HTCC)
Helping Community College Honors Students Transfer to Universities Nationwide
The HTCC provides community college students with the support needed to successfully transfer to a four-year university. As a member of the HTCC, the ELAC Honors Program provides students with the unique opportunity to earn "priority consideration" when transferring to a host of campuses partnered with the program.
