East Los Angeles College “Redesign ELAC” needs your support. As we embark on our journey to redesign our student experienced educational process we seek to better serve our community by hearing it from you. We desire to seek champions that will support Guided Pathways framework by creating support teams and student focus groups that will allow us to redesign the very process students experience within our learning community. Be our voice and help us develop a new East Los Angeles College.
Join a CAP Team today!! Over 50 faculty, students, staff, and administrators have a variety of roles (e.g., discipline faculty, data coach, PD rep) and represent multiple departments and units on Career and Academic Pathways (CAP) Teams! CAP Teams perform department outreach, building CAP communities, and performing data-driven inquiry to close equity gaps. CAP Teams, led by Guided Pathways facilitators, discuss barriers for students in a CAP and/or opportunities to increase equity and build CAP communities. It is important to collaborate, leverage the great work that is already being done in many departments/units, and scale it to reach all students. To join a CAP Team, email email@example.com or fill out the form by clicking the sign-up link below.
