The charge of the Facilities Planning Subcommittee (FPSC) is to determine the facilities needs of the college based on the college's Strategic Plan. The FPSC reviews, revises, and officially adopts a Facilities Master Plan, which is forwarded to the ELAC Shared Governance Council (ESGC) for formal approval. The committee monitors the progress in implementing all goals and action items listed in the college's Facilities Master Plan, in support of the related goals and action items listed in the college and district's Strategic Plans.
