The Office of Academic Affairs has the responsibility for planning and implementing academic curriculum, programs for general education, online education, assessment of learning outcomes, and program accreditation. Faculty and administration collaborate to offer students the best of current practices and theory. The Office of Academic Affairs ensures that East Los Angeles College provides high-quality programs that meet the evolving needs of our students and community. With offerings in more than 50 fields of study, ELAC students have a wide array of classes from which to choose.
