About the Play

When the citizens of Bikini Bottom discover that a volcano will soon erupt and destroy their humble home, SpongeBob and all of his friends -- like Patrick, Sandy, and Squidward -- must come together to save the fate of their undersea world. Just when all hope seems lost, a most unexpected hero rises up and proves that the power of optimism really can save the world!

The SpongeBob Musical is a family-friendly show and kids are absolutely welcome to attend. However, please be advised, that the run-time is approximately 2 hours, and there are several moments in the show that get dark, loud, and might even be a bit scary for kids under the age of 8.
