Resolving Zoom Issues
The Zoom migration has resulted in a couple of situations where the USER can take some steps to resolve the situations outlined below.
The new Zoom link is in Canvas and the old ConferZoom and TechConnectSSO links are gone. You can find the new Zoom link at the bottom of your Canvas course menu.
You can move it higher by clicking on the course Settings link -> clicking on the Navigation tab -> and dragging the Zoom link higher in the course menu. Then SAVE changes.
