East Los Angeles College offers credit or non-credit training and workshops to meet the exact needs of business and industry.

The Office of Workforce Education, is dedicated to providing the highest quality of customized workforce education and credit courses, along with superior adult education, basic skills, and community service programs for specific populations. We serve a culturally diverse community in a dynamic urban setting with the purpose of supporting students and the business community in achieving associate of arts degrees, general education, new skills certificates, and personal development through lifelong learning.

Contract education allows business and public service organizations to provide education for specific groups, customized scheduling compatible with work demands, and quality instructors.
