As you may be aware, suspension of all classes began Monday, March 16 and concluded March 29. In-person student support services will not be available until further notice.

The college has converted the Athletic Counseling services to web-based format. We are hopeful that services can still be provided and you can still get the support you need. ConexEd / Cranium Café is a new platform that we are using to schedule appointments for students with chat features, live videoconferencing, and case management capabilities. If you haven't done so and when you get a moment, please create a new user account on the ConexEd / Cranium Café suite by clicking on the link below:


Note-If you already have a Conex/Cranium Cafe account you do not need to create a new account.

To schedule an appointment with Dorothy Teola or Ralph Valle please contact the Athlete Support Center via email at AthleteSupport@elac.edu and provide the following information:

  1. Preferred Counselor:
  2. Date:
  3. Time:
  4. Reason:
  5. Method of contact: email, phone, live video conferencing.
  6. If you have classes at a university/college other than LACCD, please email a copy of the unofficial transcript to your counselor prior to your appointment.
